Geeze 81 dollars for shells that is how much my payments are for my shotgun. I have only heard great things about those nitros. While I was fishing this evening I heard some hens yelping before they flew up to roost it was like music to my ears.

Every morning the turkeys around my house have been gobbling their heads off on the roost. Once they hit the ground they shut up but it sure is nice to hear some gobbles.

Man you guys are lucky being able to hear the turkeys right now. My hunting woods is about 1.5 miles away and its a little too muddy to get back there. Once back there, its full of water. It kinda sucks.

I just drop 212.00 on another 2 dozen arrows. My shoulder will be fine. My wallet will recover.

Thursday when i was coming home from work I went by one of the spots that i bow hunt on and there was two decent toms out eating wheat. they had 8-9" beards and around 1" spurs. My bow season for turkeys starts in 10 days i cant decide if i want to try for one with a bow or not.
