2 weeks till the youth season opens in Mo. Turkeys really hammered it this weekend. Saw my gobbler strutting this morning with 11 hens, he may be a hard one to call in.

Yep, iwent out sunday to listen and they gobbled like crazy. I heard a bunch just none on the property im hunting, which leaves me a little disappointed but im still looking foward to opening day.

Sorry guys!! No bird today.:( Seen alot but they were all grouped up and would not come to any calls. Did see a couple and ran after them. Came up to the draw they went into, drew back and skirted around the top. They took off running and I took a fast shot and went low/left. Hurried myself just a little. Get back after them next weekend.
