  • 6lbs of Ground Vension
    Hot Sauce
    Red Pepper
    Garlic Salt
    Black Pepper


  1. In a large pan mix your ground meat and your seasonings.
    You can use whatever seasonings you like.
    After your seasonings and meat are mixed well, roll the meat out on sheets of wax paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
    As you roll the sheets out stack them into a large pan or cookie sheet.
    When you finish rolling out the meat place it in the freezer until it is almost frozen.
    Then take it out of the freezer and slice it into strips about 2 inches wide.
    Place these strips into the dehydrator until they are dry and pliable.
