  • 3 lbs. salmon fillets
    1 bottle of Italian dressing
    2lbs. bacon or pepper bacon


  1. cut salmon fillets into strips 1 inch wide 1 inch thick and 4 to 5 inches long
    marinade in Italian dressing for 1 to 2 hours
    cut bacon strips to 6 inches long
    wrap bacon over salmon strips , use round toothpics to hold roles together
    place on grill and cook until done , about ten minutes .


can dip with favorite sauce , ( ranch dressing ) !
