  • 2lbs Game meat
    1 Onion sliced
    3 Granny smith apples pelled and sliced
    2 Stalks celery chopped
    1-2 Cans chicken broth
    6 oz. White wine
    2 bay leaves
    1 Sprig of parsley
    6 peppercorns
    1 teaspoon of coriander
    Butter or oil/as needed
    Salt and Pepper
