  • 10 Peeled potatoes
    1/2 to 1 Onion
    Can diced tomatoes
    Salt & pepper to taste
    2 Pheasants Breasts
    Garlic to taste
    Can whole tomatoes


  1. Take the Thawed Pheasant but in bottom of Crock Pot. If not thawed add 1 hour cooking time. Put in 1/2 - 1 onion (Taste).
    Add: Garlic, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Salt and Pepper & fill with water to top Good on High about 5-7 hours.
    Potatoes are about golf ball size. Green Bean Optional.
