  • 2cups cooked pheasant cut up in 1 inch bites
    1 can cream of mashrooms soup
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cup monterrey jack/cheddar chees
    1/2 cup onion choped
    1 can cream of chiken soup
    1/2 jar meduim salsa
    1 package corn tortilla cut in strips


  1. combinepheasant,soups,onions,salsa,sour cream and 3/4 chees.
    leyer mixture with tortilla strips.
    top with remaining chees.
    bake for 30 minutes at 350 f.


use your own judgement on salsa i always sugest medium. also if you are a chees lover you can load up more chees.
