  • 5 Steaks or 10 cuts of Backstrap
    1 cup allegro Wild Game Tame
    1/2 cup Italian dressing
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp meat tenderizer
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper


  1. Take a large casserole dish. Place steaks in dish
    Apply meat tenderizer
    Pour allegro and dressing over steaks. Allow to marinate for three hours
    Sprinkle garlic salt and lemon pepper over steaks.
    Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes


Preheat oven to 325*. Leave the ketchup behind and enjoy!
