Ingredients

    (1) box stuffing mix
    (1) strong onion
    mrs. dash to taste
    (opt.) carrots, celery, etc.
    (5) large red-skin 'taters
    (1) package/jar chicken gravey
    garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. wash cleaned hog
    boil hog till tender
    boil taters
    drain grease off
    tear meat into small pieces
    make stuffing mix
    make gravy
    add all ingredients in baking dish
    cook till moist and firm
    PIG OUT!!

Notes

The grease is an excellent cough syrup for laryngytus.
