Instructions

  1. PREHEAT GRILL
    BUTTER ONE SIDE OF ALUMINUM FOIL
    LAY 2 SEASONED FISH FILLETS SIDE BY SIDE
    LAYER OF POTATOES ON TOP OF FILLETS
    LAYER OF VEGGIES ON TOP OF POTATOES
    LAYER OF TWO MORE FILLETS ON TOP
    COVER VERY LIBERALLY WITH FAVORITE BBQ SAUCE
    FOLD UP FOIL MAKING SURE EDGES ARE SEALED
    PUT ON GRILL FOR NO MORE THAN 10 MIN. TURNING ONCE AT 5 MIN.
    FOIL WILL SWELL DUE TO STEAMING-BE CAREFUL NOT TO PUNCTURE
    WHEN DONE OPEN CAREFULLY-JUICES & STEAM WILL BE VERY HOT
    SERVE ALONE OR OVER RICE
