Ingredients

  • 2 breast of snow goose
    milk
    eggs
    flour
    butter
    salt
    pepper

Instructions

  1. cut goose into small strips
    mix egg and milk
    put flour in a bowl and put salt and pepper in it
    dip goose in milk and egg
    put butter in a skillet and let butter melt
    then put goose in skillet for 20-30 minutes until brown
    let butter drain off goose

Notes

Make sure you cut the meat off the legs. You keep the gizzard, heart, and liver. You have to boil the gizzard.
