Ingredients

  • (4) Goose Breast
    Salt & pepper
    Flour
    Oil
    Fresh mushrooms
    (4) borrles beef or chicken gravey
    Dry noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut goose breasts into 1/4
    Salt & pepper dredge goose in flour
    Pan fry goose until brown
    Cut mushrooms into strips or in half
    Heat gravy in a large pan
    Add goose to gravy with oil from pan
    cook slow heat for 1.5 hrs or until tender
    Add mushrooms last 20 mins
    Bring water to a boil add noodles when tender drain noodles
    Put noodles on a plate add goose and greavy
