Garcia Ginger Venison
- 1 lb. of venison chops cubed
2 cloves crushed garlic
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. powdered ginger
- Remove silver skin and cube venison
Place venison into large glass bowl.
Cover with soy sauce , garlic, ginger and salt and pepper.
Let meat marinate for at least 1 hour
Grill on high heat or stir fry on high heat until done.
