    PACKAGE OF DRY ONION SOUP MIX

Instructions

  1. RINSE AND PAT DRY GOOSE
    CUT UP 2 OR 3 CELERY STALKS AND LAY THEM ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CROCK POT
    POUR IN 1/2 CUP OF WATER
    LAY GOOSE ON THE CELERY STALKS
    SPRINKLE DRY ONION SOUP MIX ON TOP OF GOOSE
    SET CROCK POT TEMPERATURE ON HIGH FOR ONE HOUR
    TURN CROCK POT SETTING DOWN TO LOW
    COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS OR UNTIL MEAT PULLS AWAY FROM BONES ON LEG
    AFTER ROASTING REMOVE ALL MEAT FROM BONES AND LAY MEAT IN A PAN WITH THE JUICE
    HEAT IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.. THIS LETS THE JUICE SOAK INTO THE MEAT.
