Ingredients

  • Whitetail deer tenderloine
    Egg
    Seasoning of your choice
    Milk
    Flour

Instructions

  1. Cut the tenderloin into small pieces and add seasoning of your choice(you might need to add a little tenderizior
    Then pour milk into a bowl and add the raw egg
    Dip the meat into the bowl and then into the flour, covering both sides with the flour
    Cover the bottom of your frying pan with whatever type of oil you like to use and heat
    Fry until golden brown.
