Blue's White Wine Venison
- Thinly sliced deer tenderloin
Flour seasoned w/ garlic pwdr
White cooking wine
- Combine flour and seasonings in lg. ziplock bag...shake
Flour sliced tenderloins and place in frying pan w/ oil.
Brown both sides of venison
Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup White cooking wine
Reduce heat and cover
Check meat to make sure done
Serve with homemade mashpotatoes. Enjoy!!
