- 2 rabbits,cut up
1 and 1/2 teaspoons,salt
2 teaspoons,pork fat
sauce / 2 tablespoons,brown sugar,1teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons,worcestershire sauce
1 cup,tomato juice
- Dredge rabbit with flour and brown in fat.
Place in large casserole.
Combine all ingredients of sauce and pour over rabbit.
Cover and bake at 325*F for 2 hours,baste frequently.
