  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1-1/2 cups of water
    3/4 cup minute rice
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 boneless skinless pheasant breasts


  1. Grease 9 x 13 pan
    put rice in pan
    mix soups & water together and add to rice
    add celery, mushrooms & mix
    salt & pepper pheasant breasts
    place in pan & cover with foil
    bake at 350 for 1 hour
    serves 4-6
