102_1407.jpg i thought i would post this pic of my 14yr old daughter's 2010 deer. she hunted at http://keystonevalleyranch.com/index.html. the buck had 27 scorable points, and had a gross score of 212 5/8". she started shooting at 6yrs old, and her longest confirmed kill on a S. Dak. p-dog is 1056yrs at age 12. i'm a very proud father.

Nice deer guys.

^.270 Win shooting 130 grain Hornadys at 30 yards

^.308 Norma mag shooting 150 grain Hornadys at 150 yards

^.338 Win mag shooting 225 grain Hornadys at 250 yards

^.308 Norma ranged at 134 yards shooting 180 grain Hornadys. Going to switch bullets for next season, I had the bullet fail on my mule doe. At 134 yards theres no reason a .308 norma mag shouldn't of exited. I found the bullet and it never opened up, just flattened out. My friend had the same thing happen to 2 of his deer last season shooting a .338 win mag. Heres the bullet I recovered in the mule doe.
Just a meat year for me. Hopefully getting drawn for a nice mule buck thats been following me around for a couple years, so next season I am hunting more selectively.
