2005 was my first year hunting and it turned out to be a very suscessful year. Early in the season i tagged my first deer, a small spike. Later in the seasonI got 2 nice 8 pointers, all with my 243. My dad also Got a nice 9 pointer that was 210 pounds field dressed, and a 7 pointer that would have been an eight pointer, butwas missing a brow tine. This year turned out to be alot of fun and I cant wait for next year.

ya i got some pictures ill put them up when i get a chance. Im from Massachusetts. i got the spike in new hampshire and both 8 pointers in canada.

congrats sounds like u had a awesome first year. I remember my 1st hunting season very well in my mind. Even though i wasn't successful my first season it was a huge learning experience. Job well done.

Where abouts did you in Canada did you get the bucks. I know im jealous because ive been hunting for 5 years now and have yet to shot anything with the old twig and berries.

well congrats. ive killed three this year too. i've killed2 does and a real nice 8pnt
