Default Winter Wheat, Rye, Oats???

Hey, we just got 134 acres and have a few food plots, we planted and fertilized with green patch plus and clover, which started to come up nicely but has died, i was thinking of winter wheat which is how i ended up here, when do you plant ww, rye and oats, i thought the ww was planted in december or so, and any tips on the planting process would be awesome, thanks a lot in advance also, how do deer and turkey and bear and other wildlife like these crops? Thanks

We started two weeks ago, but it takes us about 3 weekends to plant our
50+ plots.

I planted winter wheat and oats on my plot about a month ago. They went without getting water for about 3-4 weeks, because we had a major dry spell.

But, it has rained for about 3 or 4 days now nonstop, and the plot is green and coming up great.

If you're going to plant, I say...plant now. That way it'll be up and runnin by the time winter hits and the firearms seasons come around. Good luck!
