Default candy

i'm hunting about 350 acres including and surrounded by big agriculture, corn, beans, and alfalfa. Does anybody know of a product or products that i can draw the deer with that is more prefered than the crops that are allready there?

A real nice thicket - with decent cover leading to the main food source.

Don't screw up your area with these "super attractants" like Deer Cocaine, Magnet Mix or even Molasses. Concentrate on the travel patterns to the established feed.

that's the approach i intend to take. problem is the property is prettymuch surrounded by travel routes. i guess i should stop whining and start hunting.

I suggest one of the perennial clovers. There are a number of them out there. I've tried individual varieties and they don't seem to work as well as the blends. As the other crops you mentiioned go dormant, it will stay green longer and you could have one of the only food sources in the area.

Unless you down South it's too late to plant this fall. Check the planting dates and if you're too late plan for the spring.
