RE: Buck Grub deer attractant
YES, the deer and hogs and ducks love it. I put about 6 cups in a foot long pile and cover it with a 2x12 board to keep it dry. I've watched woodies work their bills under the board and the rascals get it all! They come about 20 yards from the pond to get to it. If the hogs don't get it first the deer love it. I put about a cup of it in my free choice feeder that I made from a 10 gallon bucket. I cut a hole in the side of the bucket at the bottom and then screwed a 1x 12 ton the bottom to form a shelf, then put some wood trim on the board to form a lip. I mix the Buck Grub with Purina Antlermax pellets and hang the bucket about three feet off the ground to discourage the hogs. I used five 25lb sacks last year and two sacks so far this year.
