Ruger Model 77 in .260 Remington. It's light, accurate, and the 120 grain accutip puts the deer down everytime.

My second fav is a Savage 116 in 30-06. I like it for the same reason as I like the .260.

Winchester model 70, 30.06 --- I've had it for 20 years, never missed a deer, never lost a deer, and it's accurate as h***. If I were packing tomorrow for a big hunt, that would be my "go-to" gun.

Bow due to the closer contact with the critters, but i do enjoy hunting with all the other weapons a whole lot also.

Remington 700 in 308 Win. with Leupold 2.5 x 8 shooting Hornday SST 165 gr. bullet. Reliable, very accurate and more than enough knockdown energy to get the job done. I guess confidence would accurately some it up.
Good Hunting...
