how much land are you talking about? Use the fact that he moves to your advantage--be in a place where you can intercept the deer he jumps up--be in there before him--Hopefully if you guys get along at all you can coordinate. If the overall area you hunt has cosiderable pressure and/or the rut is on/or winding down then don't worry about the pissing the deer are gonna being moving anyway. Get in the nastiest out of the way place and wait--i know a lot of hunters that move and a lot that sit and they can all be successful.

Tell him about all of the good "sound shots" and "bush shots" you got off last year before finally coming close to hitting a deer while opening up a new bottle of Jack Daniels...........

Five options for you:

5. Tell your hunting buddies that you want to stay home this year and "get in touch with your feelings"
4. Tell your wife you would really rather stay home this year and go shopping with her instead of going hunting with the guys.
3. Stay home and help the wife prepare for Thanksgiving, you could clean the bathroom etc.
2. Ask if you can hunt his place while he is where you would ordinarily go.
1. Suck it up and try to ignore the fact that he always gets a bigger buck than you and go hunting anyway.

Tell him and stay as far away as possible. Maybe he'll scare you a deer.

Before heading to the stand slip him a micky (sp?), Kidding, but not a bad idea. Is there no way to talk with this A.D.D. guy and let him know how is behavior effects others around him.
