Default 12 Point stud

Seen a 12 pointer this morning servicing a doe 20 yards off the highway.Several cars were pulled over watching. It finished and ran over to the herd of about 50 deer and started checking out some more mommas. first deer I seen in a week. Of course it is a no hunting area. This buck will kill its self by the time he is done with all them does. 3 weeks ago I seen over 100 deer in the field in the middle of the day. I think the place is around 800 acres and has a estimated 1100 deer there. The woods look like there is a canopy over the entire area. Thats how bad the browse line is. Reminds me of a huge carport without any cars parked in it. You can see hundreds of yards thru the woods.

Sounds like they need to thin out the population a little.

Do they allow hunters in that area? Go ask them.

No hunting in this federal historical park. When they the herd needs lowered they usaully bring in military snipers and take them out at night. Thats what they did several years ago at Gettysburg I understand

That's too bad that area can't be hunted by bowhunters or x-bow guys.

Interesting to see I'm sure. You don't think you could take on that many ladies Cardeer? ha, ha
