Default 2016 muzzle loader buck

Here is a picture of my buck I shot with one day left in new York deer season. Was invited to a friends property and was in the stand just a couple of minutes when he came in. My friend actually spooked him going to his stand. A long season, a lot of hours on stand. Some say I was lucky (which I cant argue with) but I believe not giving up was a bigger factor.

great buck there, and good to see persistence pay off,
as they say, you will never get a tag filled sitting at home, have to be out there!

Nice Buck, persistence pays off for sure! When a few of my hunting buds call me lucky, I tell them that you can't get a buck in da bar.
