Still not all. Pa was the first state to ban semi-auto rifles and handguns for hunting and I suspect they will be the last to rescind the ban. I see it as pretty much a non issue, it doesn't prevent anyone from hunting since persons with the total loss of use or amputation of an arm or hand may use them, it isn't as though we do not have a big selection of lawful hunting arms we can use. It isn't like we had something was taken away from us, because if you cannot take something away that didn't exist to begin with.
