Default More Buck Pictures.

This one is a little wierd, looks like his rack grew that way, I don' t think its been broke off.

Nice 8 point here.

Another nice 8, could be the same deer as above.

This is one of the best pictures I have gotten so far, I wish it would have showed a little more of the deer that this one in bowed up to. Note the little tag hanging down on his neck just below his jaw, I got a pic of him last week and thought it was a piece of grass or weed, but with it still being there it must be a piece of skin or possibly a thorn , look close and you can see some swelling around it.

Very nice pics strut. That sure is an odd looking rack in that first picture. 3-4 years ago a guy at our camp shot a buck with 5 points on one side and a spike on the other. That' s how it grew, I' d like to know why that happens. Thanks for sharing the pics. I' d like to see that 8 point this weekend.

These things are already nocturnal,I have some pics of some slickheads and spikes during daylight hours but none of these are around in the light.

that is my luck here too Strut. The big boys are only moving at night.

Kinda makes you wonder how somw of these big boys got killed by others.

Nice pictures, we are getting a lot of buck pictures on our lease, all at night and they are still in velvet.
Given the shot, I think I would cull the buck in the first picture. On my land about 5 years ago I got a good look at a mature buck before season with about 5 points on one side and a couple of points on the other. Since then I have culled two similar younger bucks in the same area hoping to help end that genetic link.
