This isn't one of mine. It was parked by some of our hives in an out yard. It didn't belong to the land owner either was some one he gave permission to hunt his pine plantation.
We gave the land owner a week to get it our of there which didn't happen so we removed our hives from the property.
Once the bees were gone he then saw I was not fooling about the blind being by our hives and kicked the hunter off the property.
We never went back with the hives.

Honey bees fly at 45F all day long and will do Potty calls when it is colder but sunny and no wind. It gets above 45F during Deer season in this area many days. If they were to start flying in and out of his blind he might get mad and spray the hives.
Pretty sorry sportsman parking that blind so close to the hives in the first place.

My new one. Still need to redo the ladder up to it. Think I need a platform. Easy going up but coming down too tricky for an old man.

The plans came from the NWTF web site - search under portable deer blind. I down sized a bit. I am 10 ft up on a 6 by 6 ft square. Front wall is 7 ft and the back wall is 6 ft. My windows are 40 inches from the floor and are 33 inches long on the sides by 13 high. Front is 46 inches long by 13 high.
The chair is a cheapest office chair I could find. You can tip back, swivel, adjust ht. all silently and makes for a long comfortable sit.
Thinking about building a second.

I built one very similar to yours this past summer JW. The only things different is mine is 5 x 5 and besides the shooting windows, I have small doors that I can open up to shoot my bow out of. Almost got a doe and I shot a turkey. My first with archery equipment. Ill try to post pics later.

My hut
I made this hut out of insulated panels left over from a timber frame house. I've got 5 1/2 inches of foam in the walls and 2 inch blue board in the ceiling. Outside dimensions are 6 by 5. inside is 5 by 4 roughly. Rough is tin. Just made it this winter so we will see how it does this coming season.
