Rifle Rut States?

What states have rifle rut hunting dates?

I'm mostly looking for big buck whitetail states, but I'm open to hear about mule deer states too, and non-big buck states.

I know IL, IA are slug states.

I know KS is a rifle state, but do they offer rifle rut hunting?

btw I'm talking rifle, not shotgun slug.

I know MT offers rifle rut hunting too, so the list so far is...

KY. rifle rut hunting Nov. 13th-28th

VA during the end of the rut. But we're not on the list of big buck states.

Varies by each season and partly what part of the state you're in actually....here in WI, the rut should be right about full-swing in Northern WI come opener on November 20th. Supposed to peak over the next 2 weeks here, according to the WDNR. Right now, we have bucks sparring and just starting to chase does where I hunt in NW WI. Kansas rifle is in december definitely to late for the rut but I know Missouri starts next week and ill be leaving kansas to hopefully shoot one there

Texas rifle hunt is right at 2 months long (started the 6th) and includes the rut.

Missouri, we start saturday and they are everywhere get packed and get a place!

Mississippi ... rut and rifle end of December through early January in most of the state

Down here in Alabama our rut starts in the rifle season.Usually, it starts in late December,and lasts till the end of January,our rifle season starts the 20th of november cant wait.
