best 30-06 grain ammo for deer?

So it sounds like 150 is about the most used but ill try a few others out. Thanks for the input guys.

get a vote on the five or six grain bullets in 30-06, that have done them in permanently?

150 grain,i shot the 180 and it kinda hurt these old shoulders but i have been pleased with the 150.

I'm shooting a Rem 750 WM and I like the Rem 180 SP... If I was shooting a bolt action I'd prob go with the Win Ballistic Silver Tip in 150-180gr... Win Power Point ammo shoot pretty darn good also for a low end load...

150 grain Core-Lokt, Power-Point, or Power-Shok.
