We hunted up here in Ont. for the nov. controlled hunt. Hunted hard all week, got 7 deer total, but the girls never got a shot off untill the last day. In total we had an average of 8 hunters a day - with a total of like 12 people; some couldn't make it everyday. Cool thing is we have 4 girls that can shoot that hunt with us!
As the story goes, we had finished cutting up our deer, and decided to go out for one or two more drives on the Saturday afternoon. All week we tried to get the girls lined up on a deer, as 3 of the 4 have never killed a deer, but it never happened till the last day, and on the last drive of the year, we pushed out this nice buck to Melissa. Very impressive, considering it was her first time ever shooting at a deer, and she dropped if first shot at 95 yards on the run! We were all ecstatic - snapped pictures for like the rest of the day! Anyways here's a good shot of the girls showing the guys how its done!!!
