Well with people in my stand. i even think the guy shot a deer from it since i found a small amont of blood just down a trail from the stand.
People all over my hunting spots. I figure i am not going deep enough. Though the amont of people in the area is about zero now.

I will fix that proplem Monday i am going to set up my blind for a tuesday hunt. I am going to hunt a area on a park no one uses or hunts. Heck most do not even know it is there.
The spot is a small clearing i found when fishing. A local dnr guy told me he sees deer there everynight right before dark.

The thing is you either need a boat to get there. or walk 1 mile through swamp. So i hope it is what i need to get one on the ground. A area no one wants to work to hunt. The dnr guy said he knows theres alot of deer there just no one hunts it. He said guys sit off the road then get mad when they see nothing. i said hey i got a boat i will use it to get there.

Hopefully it will pay off.
I have one issue if i kill a deer and gut it there how do i get it across
i really do not want to get blood all over my boat. i guest i could take it across in the boat then gut it.
Would the deer float when dead could i just float it across. Would it float if gutted

Gut it, throw it in your boat! It's just blood man! All part of it. Maybe bring some plastic with you or a tarp to put down first.

Just by the cheap plastic painters tarps, or a few large trash bags.

yea he'll float pretty well, but ide just toss my skirt overboard and put the bloody deer in my boat

Or you may tie him to the back of theboat and pull him through the water behind the boat, then gut him on the other side.He will float!
