What really blows my mind is that Michigan's economy is falling apart, jobs and people are leaving the state in increasing numbers. The state is always talking about budget problems and at one point they (the state) said state police were not to report to work if the budget wasn't approved and someone in the state feels that chasing some guy over a white deer is an effective use of tax dollars! Now thats really messed up, if I still lived in the state I would be raising hell with my state representatives about the waste of tax dollars over a white deer. What a shame.

Technology supplier search engine Conjungo has been launched to help ease search times for companies looking for suppliers of technologies. Conjungo is the only place online where technology vendors can list their entire channel in an easily searchable format. This helps buyers find local or specialist resellers. http://www.conjungo.com

THE OUTDOOR PRESSROOM

Mich. DNR chief wants to end albino deer protection

Michigan Department of Natural Resources Director Rebecca Humphries wants to make it legal for hunters to kill albino deer during the state's whitetail deer season--reversing a ban that has been in effect since the early 1990s--on grounds that the protection is both an unreasonable burden on hunters and biologically unsound. In The Lansing State Journal.
