Default A very hot winter

So its feb. and here in southern NY we literally have less than1 inch of total snow for the whole year... i think deer numbers are going to be through the roof, cause if a deer couldent make it through this winter, they were either sick or stupid

That is not always a good thing. Deer numbers in Illinois went through the roof and then came blue tongue disease. There is a good reason for winter kill.

GLOBAL WARMING
You obviously haven't been in WI this winter, lol. It has been a cold one and a tough one at that for the deer at times. More snow than we've had in quite a few years and with ice mixed in there is a nasty layer for the deer and turkeys to get through. Bucks dropped horns really early this year. A few still have em but alot of em were droppin around xmas and early jan. Bout time though, the deer and turkeys around here needed a bit if a wake up call as to what winter should be, haha. We'll see how feb shapes up here, its been fairly warm out the last week. You know in the upper20s. WCL

Want snow? We've had over 77" here and still a crapload on the ground. Grab a empty freight train and come get all you want!

Global warming- better known as Global Climate Change. Key word is GLOBAL-meaning the entire world. I'm pretty sure that the Global Warming bugs didn't select just a few states to pick on. Global Warming has had a steady effect on temperature increase in the worldespecially the last 30 years being a sharp incline. Still, if you look at graphs showing the increase in temperature there will be years where it drops down before rising again the next year. Look at the topgraph, granted it is in Celsius there are peaks and valleys since 1950, but still a steady increase.
