Default More Stolen Stands

Tomorrow is the opening day of firearms season here in Maryland. I was bowhunting today and ran into four guys who have permission on the same farm. They were HOT! They had driven down from PA to check their stands, and last minute details, and found two of them GONE! This farm has lots of people hunting it, and easy access from the road, so who knows if it was one of the regulars or someone who just slipped in? I guess they are out right now trying to buy two stands and get them up before tomorrow morning. Bummer!

mtair,
You are right. I'm afraid someone is going to have an unpleasant surprise in the morning. They left their ground blind in the woods since early ML season (late Oct). Well, it was really windy yesterday and today and that blind turned into a kite. My buddy said it was 50 yards from where it had been set up and half covered with leaves. Real hard to know what to do. Should you drag it back to where it was (my personal choice), leave it where it blew to, or what. We don't have any idea who's blind it is. We asked everyone we know who hunts on the property and nobody seems to know who the owner is.

personally i ,like you would drag it back to where you think it came from.even if it was abandoned , iwould think that taking out of the woods would bring me to the theves level, and not a lot of good karma would follow that blind.
