Default button buck?

do u think it is right to kill a button buck after five years that is the first deer ive harvested do u think it was a good choice.

Depends what state you live in....In FL it has to be 5" above the hair line.

I'd say that now that you've gotten your first kill out of the way, exercise a little more patience before you kill another button buck. Take your time,hunt harder, hone your skills as a hunter and you'll end up killing more deer like the one in your picture there instead of button bucks.

Don't feel alone in the world! Most deer hunters start with a doe or button.
Some still have yet to get thier first. Be happy with your start and now
start lookingfor improvement.
