Default Two questions

1. How do you use a primos bleat can? Do you call blind, or wait until you see one and call it in? Do you call once, twice, back to back, with a pause in between? What are your strategies?

2. I remember hearing something about a gland you should cut off a deer to keep the meat from spoiling. Any info?

Default RE: Two questions

I call blind, with a few soft grunts afterwards to simulate a buck tending the doe, hopefully getting a bigger bucks attention. Of course i use it when I see a buck as well to try to lure him in. I'm not sure of an exact sequence. Usually 3-4 flips followed by a few grunts has given me some success.
