Default How to keep him around and keep em alive

I have a big buck that is roaming the neighborhood. I live in a suburb with about 250 acres of woods across a busy street. We archery hunt the woods from time to time. Our suburb deer are large here in Western PA. Ive seen many 8-10pt deer and tonsvery large doe. Have shot quite a few during archery as well.

Yesterday a monster buck crossed the road and ran right down into my backyard. He only slowed up for a moment. I counted 7points on one side with a huge spread and mass before he took off. 200lb+ animal easy.

He would be a great trophy, and is by far the largest deer I have ever seen in my 24 years of living at my current residence. My worry is thatI am going to find him dead on the road one morning...

How can i keep him in the woods? Id rather see a hunter take him than a car.

Nice to see such a buck. I'll bet there is not anything you can do short of putting up a huge fence along the hwy. I wonder if that stuff that works for food plots that you soak a string in would work if you strung it tree to tree along the hwy?

I hope you get a shot at him.
