Deer liver has a nice mild flavor. If you like liver, you'll like deer liver. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, it's lunch in the deer woods over an open fire.

No, just the smell of liver cooking makes me sick. My dog loves it though.

The BEST meat from a deer!!!! I beg my hunting buddies to bring me the heart from their deer. I like liver, but haven't been very successful with it yet, but I'm still trying to get a recipe I like.
