Does the deer movement change any in cold weather and if so when is the best time to be out hunting

Ive noticed that deer tend to move on the warmest part of the day when its bitter cold. Usually 3 or 4 hours before dark. But when its not that cold around 30-40 degrees they move closer to dark. Thats been my observatonn.
