Default hearing/seeing deer in morning

what do you guys do if you go to approach your stand and see/hear deer around your stand. its ark so you cant exactly see, but you can hear them and your pretty sure its deer (maybe at a feeder or just milling arounD). do you go in and set up anyway, and hope they come back, or do you post up, wait til daylight comes and take it from there? thanks

If there are deer nearby my stand try to get to it as quiet as possible. The way I look at it if you do scare them they may not know what it was long dont pick up your scent. Usually from what I have experienced is they sometimes came back within few hours.

My main objective is to shoot a deer. I must see them first for that to happen. If I see deer near my stand on my way in, that has taken care of my first concern. I can't shoot them if I can't see them.

I would not continue in the hopes that the deer will return. I would sit tight, while always being aware of my scent and the wind.

If the deer were still there at legal shooting light, thank you very much. If not, I wouldmake the decisionto either setup in my stand or set out after the deer.

I have never had deer around my stand when I enter in the morning. I usually go in an hour before day break so everything can calm down after I walk in. I have had deer around my stand in the afternoon when I walk in. I usually set up and wait it out. I would do the same in the morning if that would ever happen.
