Default sunflower seeds

i dont personally usescent control but i was wondering if sunflower seeds would be a bad idea to eat while hunting. not one of the flavored ones just salted.

I don't think the scent would be a problem. That is unless you crack em open in your mouth and spit out the shells, leaving stinkbreath scent all over. I think that eating them would mean lots of movement and lots of crunching.

Get yourself some that are already out of the shell or eat an apple.

I ate them all season last year and saw deer darn near every day. I don't think that is an issue.

I keep a bag to chew on too. Salted in the shell. Spit the hulls and never had a problem

i ate sunflower seeds and used a propane heaterall last year also and the deer activity by my stand was normal...

seeds are not a problem with me never had a problem ....but dont used jolly ranchers learned that when i was about to get my first one...


but the seeds go with me all day everyday

LOVE THEM DARN THINGs and eatin right now lol

Yeah I dont think that they would be a problem. Just dont be making a lot of noise and movement eating them. Not that its much work to eat the little dang seeds, but you all know what I am talking about.

I love sunflower seeds but they give me gas. So I don't eat them while I am hunting.
