By the way my season is Nov. 3 - Jan. 6 Last year i killed a 7 and 8. But never could connect on the buck mi wanted to. When u look at him with ur bare eyes from about 200 yards or so he looks like an elk!!! No lie. Him and 3 or 4 other pretty good bucks(8-11 pointers) and about 5 does would come out of our swamp walk about 100 yards across a cut pasture the drink at the slough, and cross and eat at the oat patch at night which is about 150 acres. Every evening, start 30 before dark till dark. Never can get him though they come out right in front of the sun, so when im looking at them throught my scope, they are a blur. Ive also got 4 other young bucks also on this place that roam and play together. The best has about 22in spread 10 pointer, least good is about 7or8 pointer with about 18 in spread. Also in the front there is on3 thick 8 qabout 18 inch spread that stays above a valley and walks and feeds down the same creek. Whoa, im rambling well this isnt even my number 1 property. But as long as evryone puts in, we should do just fine

130Woodman Checking in My Season is November 17 to the 25. I haven't shot a buck with a gun in a few years so I think I am due. Last year I passed up a couple of bucks and saw the one I wanted but didn't get a clean shot.I don't care who is captain speak up if you want to be!! Check in later
