Default Tree Harness question

I just bought one of those vest type harnesses and have this question. I'm going to be buying a scentlok suit and how do i get the vest to be scentfree? or just spray the crap out of it with the spray scent away stuff? Thanks!

I would wash it in the scent-free laundry detergent, either let it air dry outside or use the scent-free dryer sheets then spray it with the scent-free spray!

I put mine and my new boots into a Hunters Specialty scent free bag. Dropped in a few of the earth secent wafers. Figure that will do the trick.

Wash it once if you must but not too often.

Washing the vest often will affect the condition of the cotton threads used in the webbing and weaken them over a period of time.

Moreover, spray the vest with copious amounts of "scent removal" spray and then dry it outside. Once it's dry, put it in a scent free bag or one of those rubber maid containers with a carbon pad in it.

Take off all of your clothes, then put the harness on. Put one of those gag balls in your mouth, then spray lots of Brut cologne all over yourself. Then walk into a smokey bar to pick up some extra scent. The bucks will love it!!!

As ststed before (seriously), I would just spray it down with scent killer, hang to dry before enclosing so it doesn't mold(in a "scent-free area"), then store in a bag or (my choice) a large plastic tote
