Winter wheat, I guess.
I would think white clover, since it's pretty much like grass, and deer love white clover, so that would be good.

I'm going to try turnips. Bought some Shotplot brassicas, turnips and rape. Says they grow to 2 feet tall in 45 days. Worth a try.
