As I've mentioned, I'd be interested in it myself but WOW,.... I have NEVER heard of ANYONE in this entire area asking $49 per acre for the tiny patch of timber!!! [:-]

A little steep for only 51 acres of huntable!!! [&:]

I wouldn't jump to say over rated!

Look at the math here.

3 hunters Xbow season (109 days) = 327 days of opportunity.

$2500 divided by 327 days = $7.645/day. Even if you only hunted Saturdays and Sundays it would work out to $83.588/day.

If there's good deer to be had, I wouldn't call that over rated. Would you?

i sort of would. of course if there are monster bucks running everywhere, maybe some people would see it as worth it. im only 20, ad would never pay more than 15/acre, and thats even a little steep. but its all in the eye of the beholder, some people have extra 2500 to pay, but for me, someone with average income, its not worth it. just my thought.

Why even reply to this if you aren't interested. Just to rag on the person that does take up the offer? If I had an extra $2500 and it was my only option, i'd be all over it like a bad rash.
