Indiana Rifle Season?

RE: Indiana Rifle Season?
There is nothing wrong with having these PCRs allowed. It may even get a few hunters out there who would otherwise not be out there. If the cartridges are already allowed for the handguns, why not put them in a long gun and have at it. It is just going to allow more opportunity for other hunters to get out there in the woods and do what we all love to do.
Like Kevin1 said I don't think you will really see too many of these weapons out in the woods anyways.

Who said it was shot down? Last I looked, and I've been following this one since the initial proposal stage, it was still on the table. The sticking point, as TROPHYHUNTER25 mentioned, was the cartridge. That has pretty much been settled and the bill is now up for final consideration with the NRC. You can find the real scoop here: IDNR website

Didn't know the bill had been turned down, heard yesterday it was a shoe in.

Here's the link that I PM'd you about. I got on that web site and couldn't find the article.
Thanks!

RE: Indiana Rifle Season?
That cleared a lot up for me.
I'm curious as to why the 460 S&W wasn't mentioned.
I guess we'll have to wait until May 22 to see!
