Default Antlers caught in a snare

Here is a picture of a buck that a friend killed as a cull on his place in Zavala County, TX. The deer had gotten his antlers caught in a varmint snare and somehow he was able to break the braided stainless snare cable. It took an impressive amount of twisting and power to do that ... once again showing what an amazing animal they are.[/align]

Good thing it was the snare wire and not the hunter!

Very interesting. It's amazing how strong deer really are.
